Last Summer I started underground dinners in my backyard. My yard is sort of a mini sanctuary and a reflection of my landscaping skills (nothing to get too excited about).
Underground, because it's not advertised and dinners, because I love to cook. So..... Secret Suppers was created. My backyard became my very own unique restaurant, open to a small group of people with adventure in their soul.
The menu reflects seasonal fare with multiple courses served on vintage plates. New friends are made during the evening and when the sun goes down, the tiki torches are lit throughout the yard.
Secret Suppers will come to a close this Summer as we move to Loyalton CA to create a space for dining that will become a destination and not so much a secret anymore.
